Craftsman-style main entry porch on 1918 frame bungalow.


Family Room
An unusual shape made into a useful multi-functional room
 with wood accents adding to the sensation of roominess.
Note high-level windows added for fill lighting while leaving
space below for seating.


Accesibility ramp and platform.
To accomodate a senior resident upon return from hospitalization,
this ramp and platform was constructed to allow safer and easier
wheelchair access to 1960's home.


Kitchen and family room remodeling
Small Georgian kitchen expanded into old back porch to
better integrate living and working spaces.


Family room and master bedroom two-story addition
This design connects the existing breakfast dinette area
with a new living space integrated with existing deck and trees.
Additional space and new master bath were added above.
Closet storage and laundry space also added

Rear porch rebuild on classic city bungalow
Designed with covered entry, new concrete walks,
and fan-shaped paver brick patio


Attic living space conversion in same bungalow shown above.
Includes bedroom with new bath, dressing area outside the bedroom,
new laundry area in hall closet, sewing and crafts room in front dormer space
and home office in rear dormer space.
